Welcome to Resauceful.com!
I offer Life Coaching, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, otherwise known as 'tapping') Crystal Therapy, Indian Head Massage and I am a Reiki Master/Practitioner. I am also an NLP Practitioner, Facial Rejuvination Massage Practitioner and a Meditation Teacher. I struggled with Dyslexia for many years (I only discovered that I was Dyslexic quite by accident, when I was an adult) and since then developed an interest in therapies which helped me develop successful coping strategies (hence the name 'Resauceful' which is a play on the word 'Resourceful'. I have been learning and practising my skills since 2001 and I have found that these disciplines have helped me enormously in my life and I am keen to share them with others.
I am based in West Sussex, UK, and Life Coaching and EFT sessions can take place via Skype and Reiki and Crystal sessions can be undertaken on a distance healing basis. I also teach Usui Reiki and use Karuna Reiki and have been attuned to the Violet Flame by Angela McGerr. I also have an interest in Angels and have attended various workshops for this.
I can use any of these therapies on their own if you wish, or I am quite happy to combine some/ all of them together (at not extra charge) to help you achieve maximum results.
