Resauceful.com is currently under construction (August 2010) and we will be up and running soon.
I offer Life Coaching, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, otherwise known as 'tapping') Crystal Therapy, Indian Head Massage and I am a Reiki Master/Practitioner. I have been learning and practising my skills since 2001 and I have found that these disciplines have helped me throughout my life and I am keen to share them with others.
I am currently sourcing items which I would like to sell such as; organic chocolate, brilliant beauty products, crystals, gifts, essential oils and other healthy (but wonderful!) products. My vision is to be able to source great products which I know to be beneficial and that I am happy to recommend to my friends and family, and also to you.
Resauceful.com will also be a resource centre for therapies, recommended therapists, courses, articles, useful links and advice. I have therapist friends whom I have worked with and I am happy to recommend to you.
I am based in West Sussex, UK, and Life Coaching and EFT sessions can take place via Skype and Reiki and Crystal sessions can be undertaken on a distance healing basis. I also teach Usui Reiki. I now have the use of a lovely new clinic to work from(acorntherapyclinics.com) which is based in Ashurst Wood, near to East Grinstead, West Sussex.
I can use any of these therapies on their own if you wish, or I am quite happy to combine some/ all of them together (at not extra charge) to help you achieve maximum results.

Psychic Supper at the Shining Star Centre
October 1st 2010 is the First Psychic Supper for The Shining Star Centre, which is located at The Tythe Barn on PondTail Road, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1HW.
Donation: £15.00 which includes a 15 minute Mini Reading and a Hot Meal of Fish and Chips or Chinese, Dessert and Beverage with Raffle.
The event will run from: 7p.m. till 9:30 p.m. Bookings are needed early due to food planning and hall rental. Last booking date will be mid-Sept. A deposit of £7.50, which is non-refundable, is required.
