I am trained in the Usui system of Reiki to Master and Teacher level and I am also trained to level 2 in Karuna Reiki. I am a Crystal therapist, having undertaken my training at Lucis College, Dorking. I am also a qualified Life Coach and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner. I completed my NLP Training with 'Thoughtitude' and am always learning new skills (most recently Meditation Teacher and Facial Rejuvination Massage Practitioner and currently studying a PTLLS course). I am fascinated by holistic health and how people can help themselves and enjoy learning new skills and techniques, as I have done.
