I am trained in the Usui system of Reiki to Master / teacher level and I am also trained to level 2 in Karuna Reiki. I am also a Crystal therapist, having undertaken my training at Lucis College, Dorking. I am also a qualified Life Coaching and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is the most recent addition to my skills. I am also an Indian Head Massage practitioner and I am fascinated by holistic health and will continue to learn new skills and techniques.
